Expression of Interest (EOI) Hotel, Accommodation, and Venue Services
World Vision Bosnia and Herzegovina (WV BiH), a humanitarian organization operating across the country, is exploring the local market to identify potential hotel, accommodation, and venue service providers in the following cities:
Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Zenica, and Bihać.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to gain a better understanding of available options and indicative price ranges for hotel and accommodation services, as well as meeting or conference facilities, that may be required for future events, workshops, trainings, or staff travel.
This market exploration aims to collect information for potential future cooperation and does not represent a formal tender or commitment to contract.
Scope of Interest
World Vision BiH is seeking information on the following services:
- Hotel accommodation (single and double rooms, including breakfast)
- Meeting and conference facilities, either as part of a hotel or as standalone venues
- Meal packages and refreshment options
- Additional services such as parking or shuttle availability (optional)
Note: Providers of standalone venues (e.g., conference halls, community centers, or restaurants offering meeting space) are welcome to submit information, including any packages where meeting space is included with meals.
Information to Be Submitted
Interested hotels or service providers are kindly invited to submit:
- Basic company information (name, address, contact person, registration details)
- Short description of services and facilities offered
- Indicative price list for accommodation and/or meeting packages
- Photos or links to the hotel/venue website or social media pages (optional)
Please note that the indicative prices shared should reflect the provider’s regular rates and best available corporate or group discounts, as no further negotiations will be conducted at this stage.

Collected information will be used solely for market research purposes to support potential planning of future accommodation and venue arrangements.
Providers shortlisted from this market exploration may be invited at a later stage to submit full documentation in line with World Vision’s supplier prequalification requirements.
