“Safe Haven: Expanding Shelter Resources for Trafficking Survivors in the Western Balkans”
is announcing a
PUBLIC CALL
for the collection of offers for consulting and coordination services for:
Eligible participants in this Public Call are all individuals and legal entities registered to perform activities related to the subject of the advertisement.

The Public Call remains open till 14/4/2026 until 10:00 pm. Offers, in accordance with the instructions in the detailed documentation, should be submitted via email to admindept_bih@wvi.org.
Any offers that are not submitted by the specified time or do not comply with the call conditions will not be considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Once selected, the successful bidders will be notified of the contract signing date.
The selection of bidders will be based on technical and financial criteria, as defined in the call.
