The organization World Vision International, Zvornička 9, 71000 Sarajevo, under the technical program funded by the U.S. government: 

“Safe Haven: Expanding Shelter Resources for Trafficking Survivors in the Western Balkans” 

is announcing a 

PUBLIC CALL 

for the collection of offers for consulting and coordination services for: 

Establishment of project Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning (MERL) system

Eligible participants in this Public Call are all individuals capable of performing activities related to the subject of the advertisement.

The Public Call remains open till 10th of January until 12:00 pm. Offers, in accordance with the instructions in the detailed documentation, should be submitted via email to admindept_bih@wvi.org. Any offers that are not submitted by the specified time or do not comply with the call conditions will not be considered.

Please note that this tender follows a “best and final offer” (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Once selected, the successful bidders will be notified of the contract signing date. The selection of bidders will be based on technical and financial criteria, as defined in the call.
